Y’all. I picked up the last four 7-gallon Ashe Magnolias, Magnolia macrophylla var. ashei, that my supplier had in stock, and, oh my soul, are they gorgeous!! AND, they have buds/blooms on them! I had to take pics so you could see how very stunning they are. How I wish the screen was scratch and sniff so you could smell that glorious lemony/magnolia fragrance coming off the blooms.

Howdy. Before we get to talking about all the beautiful plants we’re getting this week, Ziva and I would like to say a very heartfelt “thank you” to all of our amazing customers. This month has been crazy busy with all the deliveries and visits to Bella’s garden shop, and we are enjoying every minute of it. Y’all have bought so many native plants that we’re sold out on oh so many of them. That, my friends, is not a bad problem to have. No worries though, along with being busy making deliveries, we’re also busy with picking up plants to restock Bella’s shop. So y’all keep buying them, and we’ll keep restocking them.

This week Ziva and I are restocking lots of out of stock plants! Yay! And, a lot of the perennials I have in stock that went winter dormant are starting to show new growth. Another yay! I’ll start adding them back into inventory when they’re big enough to go to their new homes. Have you noticed that the plants have started waking up from their winter nap?? I’ve seen glorious maples, Chickasaw plums, flatwoods plum, and redbuds already blooming. Lots of perennials in Bella’s area are starting to show new growth. They get added back into inventory once they fully leaf out.
