Well, got some cool native plants restocked for you this week, and on Friday, August 28th I’m getting a big order delivered to me from my fav native supplier.

The pic at the top of this post is a prime example of the saying: If something isn’t eating your native plants, then you’re doing something wrong. That’s a butterfly caterpillar munching on the leaves of Asclepias incarnata, Pink Swamp Milkweed. I have plenty of it for sale if you need some for the caterpillars.
On a non-plant note, I bought Ziva a new fall sweater. Yes, I know it’s sweltering outside but her fall/winter closet is lacking in warm things, so I got her this. Look how cute she is! I think she needs a pearl doggie collar next.
I know I’m not the only person who dresses their pets. lol
