Description:  Native Texas shrub with beautiful gray/silver leaves with pink-lavender flowers. Has to have well draining soil. Cold hardy to 5 degrees Fahrenheit. Sun to part sun. Very drought tolerant after becoming established. Grows 4-5′ tall and wide. Repeat blooms spring to fall, especially after rain showers. High deer resistance. Semi-evergreen shrub.

Host plant for the Theona Checkerspot butterfly and the Calleta silkmoth.
